The Opportunity

Are you a proactive problem solver with a passion for driving sales success? Look no further! We're seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join our team in Auckland and provide invaluable support to our Accounts Team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the achievement of sales, service, and financial targets through meticulous planning and execution of key business strategies. The Accountabilities

  • Working in conjunction with the Account Team to submit promotional submissions and manage internal trade spend and forecasting systems
  • Working with the Field Team to execute key commercial activity and managing all communications between the Account and Field Teams
  • Support Account Team in planning & executing NPD launches
  • Support Account Team in preparation and delivery of Category reviews
  • Review promotional activity and providing insights and recommendations to the Account Team to maximise overall account performance

 

The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

  • Previous experience as a Territory Manager or Account Executive desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others or customers
  • Good planning and organisation with the ability to manage multiple priorities of equal importance
  • Ability to solve problems at pace with a solutions focused mindset
  • Flexible and agile mindset that can drive great outcomes in different circumstances
