This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and dynamic professional to showcase their excellent engineering, people management maintenance and project management skills in a manufacturing enviroment in Glendene at our 180 Degrees Facility.

You will be responsible for the ongoing reliability of plant and equipment and manage the maintenance, engineering and contractor work.


As the Engineering & Maintenance Manager your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage the day to day Maintenance program of the facility
  • Management of trade personnel and contractors to ensure daily engineering objectives are effectively coordinated and executed
  • Manage the breakdown, preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as required and become hands on when needed
  • Demonstrate proactive leadership in safety, promote Safety at all times and comply  with all safety regulations, standards and legislation
  •  Assist with the implementation and upskilling of the new equipment going into our new site 


The ingredients to be successful:


  • Electrical or Mechanical trade
  • Practical experience within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong safety awareness and experience working with site safety systems
  • Minimum of 2-4 years in a similar role
  • Self Driven and the ability to be hands on
  • Team player
