We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high performing team on a permanent full-time basis, looking after the Christchurch region. Reporting to the Zone Manager you will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

 

Responsibilities include:    

  • Lead, inspire and drive results through a team of merchandisers  
  • Commercial Customer Management, Selling & Negotiation
    • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
    • Management of your merchandiser and trade spend budgets
    • Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
  • Strict adherence to provided OSH guidelines

 

You will be an energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results, coupled with a superior customer focus. FMCG experience is essential within the Foodstuffs group, as this role is highly weighted toward many PNS accounts. You will be confident in leading others and has the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
