We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged and passionate Sales Coordinator (Reporting to the State Operations Manager) to support the Victorian Sales Team. The role is based from our Melbourne office.

 

This is a fast paced and varied role that encompasses Reporting, Admin Support, Office Management, OH&S, Expenditure Support and Event Management.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 

  • Field Reporting
  • General Data Entry.
  • Processing invoices and tracking of monthly expenses vs budgets.
  • Processing monthly credit card expenses.
  • Organising meeting venues, group activities and accommodation and booking interstate travel.
  • Maintaining general housekeeping of Sales office and ordering office supplies.
  • Participate in all OHS committee meetings and document and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Responsible for managing return to work process for injured employees within the state.
  • Support around Recruitment.
  • Quarterly office, vehicle and shed audits tracking (safety decks)
  • Ordering and coordinating fleet vehicles and management of Linkt commercial account

 

Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:

 

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Work and Excel (experience with formulas preferred)
  • High level of organisational skills
  • FMCG Experience preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding fast paced environment – Multitasking and prioritising is key success factor.
  • Experience with organising functions
  • Experience in Sales preferred but not essential
  • Experience as a return to work coordinator is preferred but not essential
