We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly engaged Continuous Improvement Coordinator (reporting to the Operations Manager) the role is based from our Huntingwood Site.


Responsibilities Include


  • Leading, managing, and directing complex projects using Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and other process improvement methodologies.
  • Guiding cross functional teams through all phases of the DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) roadmap
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of process improvement documentation and training. 
  • Supporting business partners to bring their Process Optimization journeys to life. 


Ingredients you will need to be successful in this role:


  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships cross-functionally is essential as is proven history of adding value through identifying waste in processes along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience applying a high degree of understanding, analysis and judgement
  • The ability to collaboratively work with internal and external partners to lead and deliver a range of business improvement projects and process improvements, to support effective business processes and improve site KPI’s.
  • Passionate about being actively involved in building and promoting a continuous improvement culture with a strong focus on improvement sustainability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to guide and engage senior stakeholders to own improvement initiatives in their respective areas
  • Understanding of key business drivers and break down large scope objectives to manageable initiatives with tangible outcomes
  • Project Governance experience – creating, maintaining, updating and communicating project plans, driving cross functional project teams and tracking each project through to completion.
  • Great presentation skills with the ability to deliver regular updates on CI project progress to the Initiative Owners and Sponsors, highlighting risks and concerns
  • Accountability to determine the financial validity of the improvement initiative


Highly developed analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop insights, identify trends and issues and produce recommendations will also be key to the success within this role. Supporting the strategic execution of both Business and Finance related initiatives will be vital to your success.
