Electrician - Team Lead Afternoon Shift

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for an Electrician to join our Huntingwood Facility.

Successful applicants will have previous Electrical experience with a strong work ethic and demonstrated commitment to food and workplace safety. You will be joining a hardworking team that are committed to the focus on the continual growth of the business, which services the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities of the role:
 

• Preventative maintenance of manufacturing and packaging machinery;
• Diagnostics and fault finding:
• Following planned maintenance schedules and repairs
• Supporting factory start-ups and breakdowns.
• Working on afternoon shift Monday - Friday with overtime when applicable 

Ingredients to be successful:
 

• Recongnised Electrical trade and post trade qualifications 
• Ability to work on an afternoon shift roster (14:45 to 23:00)
• Diagnostics and fault finding
• Leading hand experience is preffered 
• Supporting factory start-ups and breakdowns
• Experience with high-speed packaging / processing machinery;
• Effective communication skills and customer focus;
• Capability to organise daily tasks with minimum supervision;
• Knowledge of LOTO, Risk Assessments, JSA’s, PPE and other OH&S requirements;
• PLC knowledge preferable Allen Bradley
