We have an exciting opportunity within our field sales team, we are looking for a passionate Territory Manager to join us and manage key customer relationships. You will be responsible for managing and growing sales across a geographical territory of retail supermarkets (Independent Grocery, Coles, and Woolworths).


Key responsibilities include:

  • Coach, lead, and mentor a team of 3 part time merchandisers
  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Ensure compliance of all WHS procedures
  • Build and maintain displays 
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships within your territory

The ingredients to be successful:

  • An energetic and resilient achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholder's
  • Have a curious mind and the hunger to learn
  • FMCG experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Your forward planning skills will see you ahead of the game
  • Candidates that are studying a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or Finance are welcome to apply
