A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Reliability Coordinator at our Huntingwood Facility

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems.

As the Warehouse Reliability Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
 

• Liaising with all stakeholders to define best asset management strategies
• Implement Reliability and maintenance approach on equipment’s based on criticality asset risk assessment
• Coach and mentor Warehouse Engineering supervisor and the team of trades to support needs of Manufacturing.
• Lead investigations on downtime and coordinate actions 
• Embedding a safety culture and ensuring collaboration between various departments within the warehouse

The ingredients to be successful:
 

• Experience in a fast-paced environment is required - Preferably one that is highly automated
• 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
• Experience in coaching and mentoring a team
• Experience with projects within a warehouse environment
• Formal automation experience is not required however some experience with automation is required
• FMCG experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
• The ability to conduct incident reporting when required
