A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Reliability Coordinator at our Huntingwood Facility
This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide practical solutions to complex problems.
As the Warehouse Reliability Coordinator your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with all stakeholders to define best asset management strategies
- Implement Reliability and maintenance approach on equipment’s based on criticality asset risk assessment
- Coach and mentor Warehouse Engineering supervisor and the team of trades to support needs of Manufacturing.
- Lead investigations on downtime and coordinate actions
- Embedding a safety culture and ensuring collaboration between various departments within the warehouse
The ingredients to be successful:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment is required - Preferably one that is highly automated
- 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience in coaching and mentoring a team
- Experience with projects within a warehouse environment
- Formal automation experience is not required however some experience with automation is required
- FMCG experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders
- The ability to conduct incident reporting when required
