The Role

 

Reporting to the Zone Manager, you will deliver sales outcomes through focus on outlet execution standards, the execution of agreed promotional plans and the effective management of supporting merchandise staff

Deliverables include:

 

  • Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
  • Disciplined key in-field execution processes
  • Compliance with agreed customer terms
  • Strong level of customer interaction via disciplined adherence to our service model
  • Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
  • A motivated and efficiently managed part time merchandising team
  • Contribute effectively as a member of an aligned state field team.

 

The Candidate

 

This opportunity will suit an energetic achiever who can demonstrate a strong drive for results, coupled with superior customer focus. We are looking for a person who is confident in leading others and should therefore demonstrate management experience and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. A track record in field sales is desirable. Experience in the FMCG industry is desirable but not essential. Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded, but not essential.
