The Opportunity: 

We are looking for our next Team Leader to fill in for one of staff members who is seconding into another role. This role will run until the end of March 2025 with the possibility of extension and will be reporting to the Production Coordinator.  In this role you will be responsible for the management, co-ordination, and leadership of a day shift team. You will continually strive to demonstrate the company values, occupational health & safety, quality, training and skills development whilst ensuring operational efficiency, productivity and labour co-ordination.

 

The Accountabilities: 

  • Drive behaviours that align with the core Campbells/Arnott’s values
  • Work with your team members and other departments to achieve the production plan for your shift while meeting, safety, quality and environment targets.
  • Monitor production and quality trends
  • Manage changeovers
  • Meet KPIs and train staff

 

The Ingredients for Success: 

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

 

  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Exceptional safety focus as shown by leading by example the site safety standards.
  • Experience (and or commitment) in leading a team with the ability to develop skill sets.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and demonstrated compliance with GMP, OHS, and Quality.
  • Experience in production practices in an FMCG environment
