The Opportunity
 
Due to an internal promotion at The Arnott’s Group, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced, and creative Assistant Brand Manager to join our Meals & Beverages team. 
As an Assistant Brand Manager you will be working on our Meals & Beverages portfolio, you will assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and activities to deliver annual sales, profitability, and market share targets for our core brands – Campbells and V8. 

Based in North Strathfield, you will support the Brand Manager on all elements of the marketing mix, including developing and executing marketing communication plans (ATL/BTL), briefing agencies, assisting with the development of the 3-year brand plans, budgeting, and financial management. You will be familiar with the stage gate process and assist with the development and delivery of NPD from product set up, P&L management, artwork design, through to execution.
 

The Accountabilities

 

•    Support Brand Strategy and Campaigns: Execute and manage brand strategies and campaigns across all touchpoints for consistent messaging and market impact.
•    Drive Innovation: Identify and develop new innovation opportunities, guiding concept development based on insights.
•    Collaborate Across Teams: Work with various teams to meet commercialization milestones and ensure project success.
•    Track Innovation Performance: Monitor and advise on innovation performance to achieve financial targets and improve outcomes.
•    Lead Social Media and Partnerships: Oversee social media strategy and manage cross-category partnerships, including communication plans and performance tracking, while handling A&C budget invoicing.

•    Business/Commerce Degree in Marketing: Relevant academic qualifications.
•    1-2 Years Experience: Practical experience in a similar role.
•    Creative and Autonomous: Innovative with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
•    Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Effective at managing relationships and presenting to stakeholders.
•    Commercial Acumen and Attention to Detail: Solid business understanding with a focus on detail, resilience, and adaptability in dynamic environments
