We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Developer to join our dynamic team at our head office in North Strathfield to contribute to our digital transformation journey. As a Digital Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing technology solutions that support the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
In this role you will work closely with various stakeholders including IT, business operations, and technology vendors to understand their specific needs and requirements and ensure that the solutions you deliver meet those needs. Your goal is to improve efficiency, enhance operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience by leveraging technology to automate and streamline business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Innovate and create innovative digital solutions, including state-of-the-art websites, mobile applications, and seamless system integrations
- Join forces with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute new features and functionality
- Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technology trends and tools, and suggest ways to incorporate them into our projects
- Decode complex business requirements and offer ground-breaking technology solutions to satisfy them
- Contribute to the creation of technical roadmaps and steer the technical direction for the organization
- Serve as a technical expert in your area of specialization and offer technical insight to other areas of IT and the wider business
The ingredients to be successful:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in software development and digital technology
- Strong experience with modern development frameworks and technologies
- Experience in developing on SAP BTP or other low code / no code platforms
- Experience in business process automation using platforms like BTP, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement complex technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
