P&C BP Advisor

This newly created role in the energetic and impactful P&C Arnott’s People & Culture team is focused on enabling our performance culture, and activating important projects to grow our business and improve the employee experience in our ANZ business (with a particular emphasis on the Corporate functions).

 

Accountabilities

  • Performance management - Provide first level coaching, performance management / development guidance to all managers within the Corporate functions in Australia, and NZ. 
  • Process - Enable annual cycle processes - Translate the best practice materials from the Centres of Expertise to roll out within ANZ.  (Eg – annual performance reviews, compensation reviews etc)
  • Projects – Co-ordinate P&C projects (such as Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, rollout of our learning projects), and be P&C rep on business projects (such as M&A)
  • Right hand to BP team in ‘getting stuff done’

 

Ingredients for Success

  • At least 2+ years P&C experience at an advisory level; Multi-national experience preferred.
  • Agile – can work in a fast paced, often ambiguous, environment.  Can cut through uncertainty to progress forward with projects.
  • Always get things done – results and impact focused, energetic to achieve challenging targets.
  • Change management – familiarity with change models, and working on change projects, highly desirable.
  • High potential – we see this role as a stepping stone towards Business Partnership roles and beyond.
  • Confident communications & stakeholder management – comfortable liaising with, and managing stakeholders, at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in the fundamentals of performance management case management.
  • Confident in MS Office, especially excel.
  • Analytical bent – comfortable with data and drawing insights / recommendations from data.
