Our plant in Shepparton is looking for a talented Manufacturing leader to fill the role of Day Shift Coordinator.  


Our manufacturing facility in Shepparton is the only Campbell's plant in Australia, established in 1962. We have six production lines that involve PET, Aseptic, and canning processes. We operate 24 hours per day, 5 days per week, with weekend shifts dependent on production requirements. Our production volume delivers to the Australian market as well as being exported to parts of Asia.


As Manufacturing Coordinator – Day Shift, you will report to the Site Manager and play a critical role in the site's effective performance. You will ensure that the site performance in key areas such as safety, quality, and productivity meet our high standards, including taking an active role in resource allocation.

You will

  • Lead the production activities and site functions on shift to achieve planned yields, efficiencies, and safety performance according to the production schedules. 
  • Lead DDS Meetings - focusing on improvement, OOE, and stops reporting.
  • In conjunction with team supports, complete daily labor planning for the line, including; staffing requirements, product changeovers, maintenance requirements.


We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing leadership (ideally in food, pharmaceutical, or FMCG), experience in an industrialized workplace, and exceptional communication skills.
