Maintenance Administrator

The primary purpose of the Maintenance Administrator role is to coordinate and organise all Maintenance/Engineering finance and administration systems and responsibilities including SAP processing and invoicing.

 

This role will report into the Maintenance Engineering Manager – Shepparton.

 

Principle Accountabilities:

 

· Assist with maintaining accuracy of Maintenance, Repair and operations

· Assist with planning and completion of MRO Store cycle counting

· Assist with preparing parts for planned maintenance works

· Maintain accuracy of Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Store

· Plan and complete MRO Store cycle counting

· Prepare parts for planned maintenance activities

· Maintain equipment Bill of Material (BOM) in SAP

· Assist to complete weekly analysis to ensure maintenance costs are within budget

· Assist with information and cost management

· Manage contractors on site (i.e. ensure they are properly inducted and hold appropriate permits).

 

 

About you:

 

· Minimum three years experience, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment

· Experience working within, or implementing a SAP environment

· Strong Microsoft Office skills

· Ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders/customers

· Ability to make decisions autonomously with minimal direction

· Strong attention to detail
