The Opportunity
This is a key leadership role, responsible for effectively developing and executing a site Asset Care Strategy through the implementation of best practice reliability engineering capability and systems.  

 

The Accountabilities:

  • Actively manage mechanical and electrical resources efficiently and prioritise planned jobs (PM’s and CM’s).
  • Ensures the SAP Assets are always up to date, including structure, equipment, preventative maintenance, and bill of materials.
  • Drive GMP awareness and compliance in alignment with quality standards during maintenance activities.
  • Schedule and complete planned preventative maintenance in conjunction with the broader site.
  • Work with relevant MMs/TLs/Shift Managers to plan work for their lines – Including weekly planning meetings.


The Ingredients for Success

  • Electrical background and knowledge preferred
  • Experience in leading a multi-discipline maintenance team
  • Extensive experience in maintenance activities
  • Experience in Safe Work Practices
  • Experience in SAP functions
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement
