At the Arnott’s Group, we want our people to Be Well & Thrive.  As the Health and Wellbeing Advisor you play a critical role in supporting our employees if they have been injured at work through our comprehensive early intervention and injury management programs.  You will also lead our onsite wellbeing program ‘Be Well & Thrive’ which aims at improving the overall wellbeing of our people. 

 

Reporting to the HSE Manager onsite, your responsibilities include:
 

  • Case Management of all employees injured at work
  • Educating and Empowering our front-line leaders to deliver exceptional care to their team members experiencing health issues
  • Supporting the Rehabilitation and Return to Work program for all injured employees
  • Partnering with our Workers Compensation Insurer to ensure our employees receive best practice treatment.
  • Leading our onsite Be Well & Thrive wellbeing program and developing creative and engaging initiatives that will improve employee health

 

What ingredients do you need to be successful?
 

  • 2 - 4 years’ experience within a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator role
  • Allied Health background is desired but not essential
  • Experience within manufacturing industry is desired but not essential
  • An individual who is a team player with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the business
  •
