About the Role:  

 

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to look after the Foodstuffs North Island account- this role will be responsible for executing business strategies, meeting targets, and driving market share growth by building strong relationships with the FSNI category team. Additionally, the Account Manager works with internal teams to identify opportunities and ensures customer needs are prioritized to meet business goals.

What your day looks like:  

 

  • Build strong relationships with Foodstuffs North Island, and drive strategic alignment with customer plans.
  • Leverage data insights to create mutually beneficial outcomes and ensure speed to market for NPD targets.
  • Increase distribution, shelf space, and displays, while providing tools for field teams to execute customer plans effectively.
  • Support the Business Manager in financial delivery
  • Ensure proper management of promotional systems and align Foodstuffs North Island plans with broader market goals.

 

 

The Ingredients for Success:  

 

  • Business degree would be advantageous 
  • Experience working with retailers in New Zealand and/or Australia to drive partnerships and outcomes.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and executing commercial strategies.
  • Strong communication, cross-functional management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of systems, including forecasting, trade spend, and customer processes.
