Supply Chain
A career in Supply Chain offers an opportunity to experience an end-to-end supply chain, which consists of manufacturing, quality, supply and demand planning, safety, logistics, procurement, engineering and continuous improvement.
Positions available:
Manufacturing Graduate – Sydney NSW, Adelaide SA, Brisbane QLD, Shepparton VICAs a graduate in The Arnott’s Group manufacturing team, you will be involved in:
- Building on existing programs related to manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement.
- Projects related to key areas of production lines ensuring KPI’s are delivered across safety, quality, cost
- Take leadership responsibility for delivery of projects through people and cross functional stakeholders
Degrees: Supply Chain & Logistics, Food Science/Technology, Business, Commerce, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Logistics Graduate – Sydney NSW
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group logistics team, you will be involved in:
- Delivering change management at our new state of the art automated warehouse which started operations in FY23. This is multi-faceted across “Pulse Points” displaying real time system performance, historical KPI data, linking into key CCTV vision.
- Bringing online visual operational standards across both GMP and Safety.
- Reviewing currently out-sourced activity to our 3PL and looking to in-source therefore delivering savings to plan.
OR:
- Partnering with both our Customer Supply Chain Manager and Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) to establish a new partnership
- Working across multiple locations, implementing a completely new business operation pulling together customers and our forecasting, ordering efficiencies, improved operation outcomes delivering benefit to our P&L

Procurement Graduate – Sydney NSW
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group procurement team, you will be involved in:
- Category Management – Fulfill the role of a junior buyer in the team. This includes supplier performance, pricing, contracts, competitive tenders, delivering enabler/cost-out initiatives, building a more sustainable supply base, learn business systems (SAP), and support senior buyers in the delivery of better business outcome. You can expect to deal with up to $10M worth of ingredients in this role?
- Supplier Management – In 2023, The Arnott’s Group completed a $0.5M IT build of our Supplier Portal. With 1600 suppliers providing goods and services to our facilities, this provides a great opportunity for a graduate to assist with enhancing the efficiency of our procurements systems and business performance. Associated activities include maintaining contacts, updating pricings, providing certifications and scorecards, limiting risk and improving spend visibility.

Finance
The Arnott’s Finance team creates value through partnering business functions (Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain) to make decisions that drive performance. Now is an exciting time to join the Finance team as technology platforms are implemented which enable increased analytics and streamline processes.
Finance Graduate – Sydney NSW
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group finance team, you will be involved in:
- Driving monthly reporting insights to improve Supply Chain performance
- Support the reporting automation and process improvement program
- Partner Supply Chain to build a robust forecast to support the Integrated Business Process
- Manage month end processes including the balance sheet governance and reviews
Marketing
Being a part of our Marketing team means becoming a custodian of some of our most iconic brands. Consumers first is our secret ingredient, as our Marketing team delights our consumers by driving brand awareness, leading to increased household penetration.
Marketing Graduate – Auckland, New Zealand
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group marketing team, you will be involved in:
- Developing content and managing New Zealand social media
- Managing New Zealand’s digital marketing presence: web and EDM ownership
- Supporting New Zealand’s marketing team to execute New Product Development (NPD) launches, in particular shopper campaigns
- Implementing sampling & PR activity
- Media trafficking via Australia/agency
- Budgeting and invoicing

Sales
The ANZ sales team are our front-line leaders who partner with customers on a daily basis so that our much-loved products are on shelves and are available for our consumers to enjoy during all occasions.
Sales Graduate – Auckland, New Zealand
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group sales team, you will be involved in:
- Developing and leading sales reporting via Power BI
- Partnering with the sales team to create new reports using shopper data
- Developing and circulating Online insights
- Supporting Category team to develop and advocate shelf strategies
- Implementing guidelines on sales data best practice

As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group people & culture team, you will be involved in:
- All aspects of HR operations

R&D Graduate – Sydney NSW
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group R&D team, you will be involved in:
- Ensuring continuity of supply for ingredients by investigating alternatives
- Completing proof of concept development for ingredients at lower price points, allowing for more efficient production or improved quality of our products
- Working with procurement to identify relevant ingredient suppliers for the idea
- Sourcing and testing ingredients by completing lab and pilot plant trials as well as manipulating recipes to achieve the desired outcome
- Collecting, analysing and reporting on data from lab and pilot plant trials, as well as data from production runs of the existing product
- Providing recommendation and next steps for the project idea
- Potential to see idea through to launch depending on complexity of project and resources available to support
Degrees: Food Science, Food Technology, Food & Nutrition, Science or a related field.

Data & Analytics Graduate – Sydney NSW
As a graduate in The Arnott’s Group digital & technology team, you will be involved in:
- Data Analysis: Use statistical techniques and visualization tools to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and communicate findings.
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining databases, data cleaning, and integrating data sources to support decision-making.
- System Development: Contribute to the development and maintenance of data systems, including automation of data collection and analysis processes.
- Machine Learning: Use machine learning techniques to build, deploy, and refine predictive models.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with various teams to improve processes and propose data-driven solutions; communicate data insights effectively.
