About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-orientated, proactive, and driven individual with a positive can-do attitude to fill our Category Manager role.  To succeed in this role you will need strong expertise in category management, pricing and display strategy, with solid commercial acumen to analyse financial and market data.  Also required will be excellent planning, organization, and project management skills, combined with strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

What your day looks like:  

• Develop and lead category strategy, including range, shelf, display & pricing 
• Provide actionable shopper & market insights to drive growth & influence retail
• Oversee execution of commercial activities, including NPD & field team support
• Foster a growth mindset, leading cross-functional collaboration & development.
• Drive a positive culture through leadership, ownership & continuous improvement.
