About the Role:  

 

Following a recent acquisition by Arnotts, we are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the logistics team as we onboard the new business.

This position is based at our Newmarket office and reports directly to the Logistics and Inventory Manager.

The role is offered as a fixed-term contract for six months.

What your day looks like:  

 

 Customer orders:

  • Review incoming orders for Price match and escalate when variance to SAP price is evident.
  • Release Foodstuffs North Island Direct to Store orders in SAP.

 

Customer Claims:

  • Review and action Claims & Queries.  Monitor and follow up on short deliveries and delivery errors, respond to queries promptly, and management of mailbox and phone calls.

 

Order Fulfillment & Reporting:

  • Track and report KPIs  - Orders keyed and credits processed.

 

Team Contribution & Culture:

  • Foster a professional and collaborative culture with stakeholders, internal and external, 

            (Warehouse and transport providers).

  • Regular participation in “Teams calls” with internal and external teams, as organized by the Logistics Manager.

 

The Ingredients for Success:  

 

  • Experience in customer service and order processing.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
