About the Role: 

 

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative on a four-month fixed-term contract to support Direct to Store Delivery orders and facilitate the transition of Away from Home customers. This role follows the recent acquisition of the Mother Earth, Flemings, and Value Pack brands by the Arnott’s Group. Based in our Newmarket office, the position reports directly to the Logistics and Inventory Manager.

What your day looks like:  

 

  • Customer Orders: Release Foodstuffs North Island Direct to Store orders in SAP.
  • Credits, Claims & Queries: Monitor and follow up on credit claims, short deliveries, and delivery errors, respond to queries promptly, and management of mailbox and phone calls.
  • Order Fulfillment & Reporting: Track and report KPIs such as orders keyed and credits processed.
  • Team Contribution & Culture: Foster a professional and collaborative culture with stakeholders and cover orders during sick or annual leave within the wider Logistics team.
  • Internal Collaboration: Regularly participate in “Teams calls” with internal and external teams, as organized by the Logistics Manager.

 

 

The Ingredients for Success:  

 

  • Experience in customer service and order processing.
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
