In NZ, Arnotts is undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and local investment with the establishment on a new manufacturing facility in Auckland and recent acquisition of the Mother Earth brand.
About the Role:
The Field Operations Executive provides crucial operational support to the field team, ensuring smooth execution of daily activities, and providing accurate reporting of field performance metrics.
This role supports the National Field Sales Manager in the onboarding of new staff, troubleshooting IT and systems access issues, and prepares and maintains Field Activation Decks and weekly priorities. It also handles basic IT duties for the NZ office and supports Health & Safety training compliance across field operations.
This is a great entry level role into The Arnotts Group and would suit a recent graduate or someone looking to enter Head Office from a Field Sales role.
What your days look like:
- Operational Support to prepare and maintain Field Activation Decks and Weekly Priorities and monitor the execution of merchandising standards and promotional activities
- Support Field Cycle Meetings alongside the National Field Sales Manager
- Support with Fleet Management including the analysis of key metrics
- Support the onboarding of new field staff with equipment and operational processes
- Act as a liaison between field teams and head office for operational updates and prepare and distribute weekly reports on field execution, compliance, and safety
- Support internal communication platforms for field updates and alerts
- Provide first-level troubleshooting for field devices (tablets, mobile etc) and assist with software updates – escalationg to IT Support as required
- Promote adherence to company Health & Safety policies and procedures and conduct regular safety checks and assist in hazard identification
- Assist in Health and Safety training (online modules) and Fleet Safety modules
- Support incident reporting and near-miss documentation in line with company standards.

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and looking to add value in how we operate
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Territory Management experience is desirable but not required
- Some level of I.T and systems knowledge is advantageous
