Our New Zealand business is growing, and we have a vacancy for Marketing Manager

 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic marketing professional to lead the marketing function. You will drive our commercial and consumers strategies ensuring they are executed in the NZ market to drive agreed sales, profit, and share outcomes. This role will also contribute beyond the marketing function and lead the broader business.  As part of the NZLT it will have input into all aspects of the business and play a key role in driving a high-performance culture.

 

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and can provide exceptional service to the business, help make sound decisions to guide the business through growth and expansion.

You will:

  • Lead the marketing team, strategy, and execution.
  • Delivery of NZ sales, share, and profit targets with budget.
  • Leveraging core group innovation and build NZ specific programs as required.
  • Leading the total NZ business as part of the NZLT (strategy, culture).

 

Accountabilities:

  • Delivery of Arnott’s NZ 3-year strategic plan driving sales, profit, and share.
  • Marketing strategy and plans incl. internal and customer engagement.
  • Delivery of core and breakthrough innovation in all categories we operate.
  • Building a high performing marketing team.
  • Playing a key role on the NZLT to deliver all business objectives and creating a great culture

 

The ingredients to be successful:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to connect our capabilities with commercial opportunities.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders including customers, suppliers, and geographies
  • Strong understanding on consumer and brand strategy, ability to move from insight to action
  • Experience in Australia and NZ FMCG markets preferred but not required
  • Business degree or similar preferred but not required
