National Field Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and passionate National Field Sales Manager to join our high performing team on a permanent full-time basis.  This is a key leadership role leading our biggest team in the country ensuring the delivery of our sales programs with stores in a safe and productive way.

What your day looks like:  

• Lead partnerships with stores, driving growth plans execution metrics and promotions 
• Optimise field service models, ensuring efficiency, clear direction and reporting
• Deliver AOP targets, including net sales, contribution and market share growth
• Strengthen cross-functional partnerships to align priorities and share key insights
• Lead, coach and develop a large team, ensuring safety, training and succession planning.

The Ingredients for Success:

• Extensive market knowledge and joint business planning experience with customers.
• Proven leadership in managing and coaching teams to drive results
• Strong commercial acumen with a customer-focussed approach to decision-making
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth
• Willingness to travel within New Zealand to visit customers and teams
• Business degree qualification preferred but not essential.
