We’re looking for a Zone Manager to drive exceptional results across the Upper North Island region. This is a leadership role where you’ll coach, mentor, and develop a team of 7 direct reports, ensuring superior execution of our business plans and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, develop, and coach a field sales team to achieve sales and market share targets.
• Execute activation plans by brand and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and group managers to leverage in-store opportunities.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness across territories while managing change and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Category, HR, Customer Service) to deliver results within budget.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Commercial acumen and problem-solving mindset.
• Highly organised with strong time management skills.
• FMCG experience preferred but not essential.
