Position Overview 

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Technician  for our Highly Automated Huntingwood Warehouse on the Weekday, Day Shift. This role will report directly to the Reliability Coordinator and will be responsible for shift coverage in a 24/5 environment, perform Scheduled Preventative Maintenance, reactive repairs and troubleshooting.

Accountabilities 

• Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on all machinery.
• Working in compliance with quality and safety systems.
• Recording maintenance carried out and corrective work in the CMMS (SAP)
• Troubleshooting on various Warehouse equipment.

• Liase with key stakeholders to prioritise workload.

Ingredients for Success

•  Electrical Expertise: Recognised Electrical trade qualifications and post-trade experience in an industrial electrical space.
• Experience in dealing with maintenance and breakdowns of machinery.
• Demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety practices.

• Automation, Robotic, PLC / Programming Experience is highly desirable.

• Strong communication skills
• SAP experience advantageous

• Strong Mechanical Skills are highly desirable.
•  Ability to work alone or as part of an extended team.
