About the Role:
Join our team as a Learning and Development Coordinator at our Huntingwood Factory! You'll be instrumental in identifying training needs, creating supporting documentation, and managing our learning management system. Your role will involve coordinating the training process, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and fostering strong customer relationships to deliver tailored solutions aligning with organisational goals.

What your day looks like:
- Conduct thorough assessments of training requirements across all user groups to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and individual development needs.
- Develop comprehensive training plans encompassing strategies, content outlines, schedules, resource allocations, and performance metrics to effectively address identified needs and ensure measurable success.
- Produce and distribute a range of instructional materials such as user manuals, quick reference guides, e-learning modules, videos, and presentation decks tailored to meet specific business requirements and enhance learning experiences.
- Lead interactive and impactful learning sessions, spanning from onboarding initiatives to specialized technical skills, compliance training, and leadership development programs, fostering an environment conducive to continuous learning and professional growth.
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in SAP or similar software systems
- Previous experience in management of programs including development and implementation of training strategy
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment including stakeholder engagement
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
