The Opportunity:

 A number of fantastic opportunities have arisen at our Arnott’s Huntingwood facility, where we are looking for a number of Machine Operators to join us on day, afternoon and night shifts (8 and 12 hour shifts available) – no experience required! This is an exciting time to join and kick off your Arnott’s career!

The Accountabilities:

•  Ability to adjust line and equipment settings via touch screens as required and within specifications;
• Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required;
• Monitor product standards, identify and escalate any issues;
• Exposure to product changeovers and shut down procedures;
• Manual handling when required

The Ingredients for Success:

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role. The most important ingredient is…you!

We will provide all training for the roles so you become competent in: 

• Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills;
• Working in a fast paced FMCG environment
• Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written;
• A thorough understanding of safety, health and environment as well as HACCP;
• Your ability to understand and follow SOPs and adhere to written instructions;
• Experience working automated manufacturing lines;
