The Opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have an exciting opportunity for a for Machine Operator to join our Huntingwood Facility on night shift. Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting time to help own and shape our iconic legacy.
The Accountabilities:
- Ability to adjust line and equipment settings via touch screens as required and within specifications;
- Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required;
- Monitor product standards, identify and escalate any issues;
- Exposure to product change over’s and shut down procedures;
- Manual handling when required
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role;
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills;
- Experience in a fast paced FMCG environment ideally within the food industry
- Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written;
- Thorough understanding of safety, health and environment as well as HACCP;
- Ability to understand and follow SOPs and adhere to written instructions;
- Experience working automated manufacturing lines;
- Ability to commit to afternoon shift 11pm - 7am Monday-Friday
