A fantastic opportunity has arisen in one of Australia's most iconic businesses. We have exciting opportunities for Machine Operators - Day Shift to join our Huntingwood Facility.

Undergoing a period of extensive brand growth and strategic evolution, this is an exciting time to help own and shape our iconic legacy.

This is a perfect role for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys a fast paced enviroment

Ability to adjust line and equipment settings via touch screens as required and within specifications;
Understand the importance of quality checks and carry these out as required;
Monitor product standards, identify and escalate any issues;
Exposure to product change over’s and shut down procedures;
Manual handling when required
Participate in maintenance, continuous improvement (CI) and team meetings;
Undertake housekeeping and cleaning responsibilities.

The ingredients to be successful:

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills;
Experience in a fast paced FMCG environment ideally within the food industry
Be able to work unsupervised in a team environment;
Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal and written;
Thorough understanding of safety, health and environment as well as HACCP;
Previous line experience in a similar environment would be highly regarded.
Ability to understand and follow SOPs and adhere to written instructions;
Experience working automated manufacturing lines;
Ability to commit to day shift 7am - 3pm Monday-Friday
FLD licence not essential but desirable
