What your day looks like:  

 

  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement using lean principles to deliver safety, quality, attainment and efficiency targets.
  • Work cross-functionally to solve production challenges and drive results
  • Manage capacity planning and ensure resources align with production demand
  • Develop and inspire Team Leaders to build a high-performing workforce
  • Engage in site leadership initiatives that shape the future of our operations

 

 

The Ingredients for Success:  

 

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

 

  • 10+ years’ manufacturing experience, incl. 5+ in senior leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and high-performing team development
  • Expertise in production planning, lean, safety, and quality systems
  • Strategic thinker with top-tier problem-solving and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications and adaptability to fast-paced change essential
