The Opportunity 

This role is responsible for the overall operation and success of the Engineering and Maintenance team at the Huntingwood Plant.  The Reliability & Maintenance Manager will oversee capital projects, set the strategy of the team as well as deliver site projects in line with the budget.

 

The Accountabilities 

  • Accurately monitor & encourage behaviour that recognises the importance of safety, quality & excellence in all aspects of work and drives continuous improvement culture.
  • Maintain equipment, buildings, and services to the relevant legislative requirements.
  • Improve product capacity and quality by ensuring equipment is maintained to current GMP standards and improvement opportunity’s are identified.
  • Manage the communication of projects, improvements, maintenance across the wider team.
  • Maximise equipment & building services, execute preventative maintenance plan.
