Are you a strategic safety leader ready to shape the future of workplace health and safety across a multi-site manufacturing network? As our Group Safety Manager, you’ll lead WHS strategy and culture across The Arnotts Group manufacturing facilities within Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Indonesia ensuring The Arnotts Group standards and governance are met. 🔍 What your day looks like

  • Lead and implement WHS strategy aligned with legislative and business goals
  • Coach and develop a high-performing safety team across ANZ, Malaysia and Indonesia
  • Oversee safety governance, risk management and incident investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement using data, technology and best practices
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed a proactive safety culture
  • Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety and audit requirements
  • Lead strategic safety initiatives within the Huntingwood manufacturing facility and The Arnotts Group head office in Sydney, NSW.
  • Deliver safety training, leadership programs and emergency response plans

 

🌟 The Ingredients for Success

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essentials we need for this role:

  • 5+ years’ WHS leadership in multi-site manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and food safety standards
  • Proven ability to lead cultural change and improve safety performance
  • Experience with digital safety systems and data analytics
  • Formal qualifications in WHS, Environmental Science or related field
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

📍 Working Arrangements: 3 days at Huntingwood (Manufacturing Site), 2 days at North Strathfield (Head Office).  Mobility to travel to The Arnotts Group manufacturing facilities if required.
