About The Role
Based onsite at our Marleston manufacturing site your work hours will be 7am to 3pm with the occasional overlap to other shifts. You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing inventory levels to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing inventory control systems
- Analysing stock level
- Collaborating with various departments to meet organizational objectives.
You will work closely with procurement, manufacturing, quality, planning, NPD, and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, reduce excess stock, and minimize
shortages, ensuring that Arnott’s continues to deliver high-quality products to our customers.
About You
Ingredients for Success
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in inventory management software (preferably SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Knowledge of inventory control principles, supply chain management, and best practices
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing inventory records and performing audits
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in FMCG in a logistics role is essential
