As a Quality Leader- Day Shift, you will be accountable for delivering Quality Excellence. This role is instrumental in providing executional excellence in ensuring that the systems, processes and procedures which ensure product quality and food safety are implemented, consistently met and reviewed to enable these to be continually improved.
This diverse role will see you work extensively with all functions across the site and broader business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage in the management of the site’s Hold & Release program
- Engage in the management of the site’s Consumer Feedback response program
- Deliver all data and analysis to enable continuous improvement in all aspects of product quality
- Oversee quality related manufacturing investigations and challenges
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the site’s Change Management process, including provision of all trial support
- Support the management of the site’s GMP program and Quality Systems
- Provide technical support and expertise to ensure the delivery of the Site’s QA Strategy
- Deliver assigned projects including NPD and enabler projects.
The ingredients for success
- Qualifications in Food Science, Science, Engineering or related discipline would be advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in a technical role within food manufacturing is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication in written, verbal and presentation formats;
- Ability to influence colleagues and stakeholders with the ability to coach/guide others;
- Highly self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects;
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skill.
- Ability to commit to an afternoon shift Monday - Friday 6am – 2pm
