About the Role:
We are looking for our next Team Leader. Reporting to the Production Coordinator you will be responsible for the management, co-ordination, and leadership of an afternoon shift team. You will continually strive to demonstrate the company values, occupational health & safety, quality, training and skills development whilst ensuring operational efficiency, productivity and labour co-ordination.

What your day looks like:
- Work with your team members and other departments to achieve the production plan for your shift whilst meeting safety, quality and environmental targets.
- Monitor production and quality trends.
- Drive behaviours that align with the core Campbell’s / Arnott’s values.
- Manage changeovers.
- Meet KPIs and train staff.
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Highly developed communication skills
- Exceptional safety focus as shown by leading by example the site safety standards.
- Experience (and or commitment) in leading a team with the ability to develop skill sets.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and demonstrated compliance with GMP, OHS, and Quality.
- Experience in production practices in an FMCG environment
