About the Role:
As Account Manager, reporting directly to the National Business Manager, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our strategic partnership with WOOLWORTHS. You will be entrusted with managing a significant $550M in retail sales value, ensuring seamless collaboration and accountability across all key stakeholder groups, including category management, planning, marketing, finance, and customer teams. Your leadership will be instrumental in the successful execution and delivery of our future strategic plans, driving continued success and mutual growth.

What your day looks like:
- Spearhead the execution of our promotional strategy, optimizing trade spend, driving sales growth, and achieving market share objectives.
- Deliver precise forecasting rationales and assumptions, closely aligned with annual strategic plans and prioritized objectives.
- Support comprehensive range reviews, fostering collaboration to ensure seamless alignment between supply and market demand.
- Meticulously document all activities, ensuring financial projections are accurately synchronized with demand planning and promotional cycles
The Ingredients for Success:
Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:
- Degree qualified within business or similar field.
- Strong experience within FMCG Sales - Grocery or Independent preferred.
- Experience navigating one of the following platforms: Quantium Checkout, Synergy, IRI or, Nielsen.
- You will be data and commercially savvy with the ability to present findings to key stakeholder groups.
- Possess a high level of personal accountability
- You are resilient and can work withing changing customer landscapes to deliver on growth targets.
