A wonderful career opportunity is available for an experienced Customer Experience Agent to join our team based in North Strathfield. 

 

We’re looking for a highly motivated Arnott’s brand ambassador, creating a positive and highly professional customer experience for our consumers as you actively seek feedback on our products. 

You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and complaints for our full product range whilst ensuring key issues are escalated quickly to key personnel.


Accountabilities

 

  • Responding to and acknowledging consumer feedback through our consumer contact channels including phone, email and social media across our diverse range of products
  • Work closely with other departments across the business to ensure accuracy of information is delivered to consumer
  • Providing excellent customer service 
  • Resolving all consumer contacts in a timely manner where follow up is required.
  • Ensure issues are managed correctly and alerted quickly to relevant personnel

  • An energetic achiever who demonstrates a strong drive for results and can respond to 50+ queries a day via phone, email and social media platforms.
  • FMCG experience desirable or in a similar environment
  • Able to work Monday-Friday (Full time hours) Hybrid Working Model
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Call center experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
  • Experience responding to consumers on socials (Facebook and live chat exp)
  • A multitasker and fast learner who can develop into this expanding role
  • Has a willingness to learn and understands how to work under pressure
