About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll handle consumer enquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You'll also report key feedback to internal teams to help drive product and service improvements.

What your day looks like:
• Manage consumer enquiries and complaints across multiple channels, including phone, email, mail, and social media.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all consumer interactions within the customer service system.
• Communicate relevant consumer feedback to cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement of products and services.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites and external partners to investigate and resolve consumer issues effectively.
Maintain up-to-date communication templates, support brand initiatives, and deliver regular insights through consumer feedback reporting.
