About the Role:
This position is responsible for ensuring the timely receipt, processing, and dispatch of over $1.7B in annual sales across the Australian customer base. The role requires proficiency in SAP and strong relationship management skills, serving as a primary contact with customers, third-party logistics providers for Arnott’s and Campbell’s, as well as the sales, marketing and logistics teams.

What your days looks like:
- Process customer orders (EDI, manual, and bot exceptions) accurately and on time
- Coordinate freight pickups and changes with retailer 3PLs
- Manage SAP maintenance, sample orders, credits, and returns
- Provide IT support for order systems and resolve exceptions
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service and logistics
