We are currently looking for an E-commerce Manager to join our team in North Strathfield. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Digital, Media and CX, this is a wonderful opportunity for a passionate, analytical and commercially savvy e-commerce expert to step into. The role will work within an exciting, rapidly evolving, and growing channel with our major omnichannel retailers (Coles and Woolworths), Pureplay retailers and emerging digitally enabled channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the overall e-commerce strategy for TAG, developing and implementing cross-functional best-in-class e-commerce plans
- Galvanise cross-functional teams behind e-commerce, partner and influence COOP investment allocation and drive executional excellence through insights
- Build strong and impactful e-commerce strategies across omnichannel retailers, Pureplay retailers and our D2C business
- Lead a team of two to deliver executional excellence, oversee performance, set inspiring benchmarks and coach the team to identify and act upon relevant opportunities to drive sales weekly
- Lead, interrogate and report on trends and performance. Make recommendations to account, brand and category teams based on data-led insights
- Coach and support the e-commerce team on the optimisation of Arnott’s Group digital touchpoints on retailer online stores and help Arnott’s to take control of the digital journey
- Influence and collaborate with customer teams and brand owners to develop successful online activation plans across key retailers. Support the execution of new product launches, always-on merchandising and integration between brand and retailer path-to-purchase
- Oversee team management of digital product assets – producing content for online retail environments, maintaining standards in accordance with retailer website capabilities, and seek ways to innovate to improve the digital path-to-purchase
- Collaborate with customer teams for analysing & report PowerBI platform, category & range review support

The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced e-commerce leader, keen to make an impact, drive new ideas and unlock new growth opportunities. You will be a strong leader, have an analytical mindset, positive can-do attitude; excellent attention to detail and have the confidence to build relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management sills
- Strong commercial focus and ability to deliver and drive strong sales growth
- Ability to regularly analyse performance, draw insights and put forward strong recommendations
- Positive, can-do and solution focussed attitude.
- FMCG specific e-commerce experience
