The Opportunity
As an Export Logistics Controller, not only will you oversee end-to-end logistics and order management for Export and Intercompany customers, but you will be positioned to deliver on the organisations international expansion plans. Key responsibilities include managing 3PL relationships, handling order management, inventory control, delivery inquiries, compliance documentation whilst working closely with internal teams and external partners. You’ll also address logistics issues, support project planning, and leverage SAP and BI tools for performance monitoring and data analysis.

The Accountabilities 
•    Administer and oversee LCL, FCL, and Intercompany Export orders, including finished goods imports and ad-hoc activities.
•    Manage 3PL relationships to meet KPI targets and ensure optimized customer service; coordinate and process orders.
•    Ensure compliance with International forwarding documentation for all import and export activities.
•    Resolve SAP (IDoc) issues, monitor export forecasts, and handle invoice payment queries and data entry.
•    Provide reporting on revenue recognition, forward orders, inventory, production, and KPI targets to support operational and business improvements.

The Ingredients for Success

•    Project management and financial control expertise, including skills in business case modelling and reporting.
•    Demonstrated leadership and development abilities, with a self-motivated and determined approach.
•    Effective engagement skills with all levels of internal and external staff, and the ability to work cross-functionally.
•    Understanding of TAG ERP and 3PL WMS, along with material flow from production to end customer.
•    Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, coupled with a solid understanding of financial management, 3PL warehousing, FMCG logistics, and import/export compliance.
