This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive performance, optimise costs, and support strategic decision-making.
You will play a key role in driving business performance and cost optimisation by delivering meaningful financial insights and supporting decision-making. The role requires translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for operational stakeholders. With a strong focus on forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, you will partner closely with Logistics teams to optimise cost performance while balancing operational realities and strategic objectives.

What your days look like:
• Partnering with Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution teams to provide financial insight and decision support
• Leading budgeting (AOP), forecasting and monthly reporting for logistics and distribution costs
• Delivering variance analysis across freight, transport, warehousing, labour and productivity
• Developing financial models for scenario planning and cost optimisation initiatives
• Monitoring and reporting key KPIs such as cost per case, cost per delivery and warehouse productivity
• Translating financial data into clear, actionable insights for operational leaders
• Driving standardisation, automation and continuous improvement in reporting processes
• Supporting ad hoc analysis and cross‑functional projects as required

• Strong ability to influence, challenge and support non‑finance teams
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel capability
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insight
• Strong understanding of logistics and distribution cost drivers (preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Perks:
• Discounted Gym Memberships
• 12 Weeks Paid Parental Leave for all new parents
• Free onsite parking
• Discounted Products
• Discounted Health Insurance
