About the Role:
We are currently seeking a HRIS Administrator to join our team. This role have you overseeing the centralised management of both new and existing salaried and wage positions within The Arnott’s Group ANZ. You will ensure the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of creating, updating, and maintaining positions in our Peoplehub platform. This role is essential in optimising workforce structure, maintaining data integrity, and assisting with organisational planning.

What your day looks like:
- Manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of salaried, wages, and contingent worker positions within PeopleHub.
- Ensure accurate data entry and alignment with organisational changes and structures in collaboration with P&C Business Partners and stakeholders.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance through audits and validations, supporting reporting needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for position management inquiries and provide guidance to P&C and business stakeholders.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, contribute to system upgrades, and support the implementation of new features within PeopleHub.

- Proven experience in HRIS administration, with a particular focus on position management.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen ability to resolve complex issues.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
