A great opportunity is available for a HRIS Analyst to join our team.  The Arnott’s Group recently moved from Workday to SuccessFactors as its global HRIS.  We are looking for an experienced modern workplace professional with experience in Success Factors to maintain recently established process and workflows in the new system, support the People Technology team through the exit of the implementation, and continue to evolve the way we utilise our technology moving forward. 


In addition, you will enjoy partnering with business teams to deploy or enhance other modern workplace tools and applications to improve employee experience with a focus on people-based technologies.  This will see you collaborating with the People & Culture team to understand requirements, operationalise the project work behind tech implementation to meet both compliance and control needs, as well as move quickly through the design and build phases.


Ingredients for Success


The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, a strong understanding of systems, standards and practices across various technology platforms (SAP SuccessFactors experience) and HR technology project management experience.  In addition, you will have HRIS functional knowledge and experience e.g. system & security administration, system integrations, technical competency with experience in data migration, validation and basic SuccessFactors configurations and workflows and the confidence to manage stakeholders expectations.

  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and finding a better way to get things done.
  • End-to-end process focus and ability to factor in the bigger picture with upstream/ downstream impacts.
  • Understand dependencies between processes, systems and people, and translate business requirements into practical and sustainable solutions
