About the role:
The Arnott’s Group is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to oversee the execution of our Supply Chain network strategy. This critical role will lead the strategic direction of both our operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
In this role, you will support decision-making for network opportunities, including investments. You will support the Supply Chain Leadership Team in the execution of strategic initiatives and provide expertise for the integration of capacity and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the identification, planning, and execution of transformative network opportunities to enhance capacity, capability, and productivity.
- Provide ongoing support and oversight to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives across the Supply Chain.
- Review the Supply Chain Strategic Plan to ensure it supports long-term growth and operational goals.
- Collaborate with the Leadership Team to execute and monitor the implementation of key strategic initiatives across the Supply Chain network.
The Ingredients for Success:
- Bachelor's/master’s degree in business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a relevant field.
- Management consulting experience, with a track record of advising businesses on strategic initiatives and delivering transformation projects.
- Proven expertise in Supply Chain management, with a broad understanding of both manufacturing and logistics functions.
- Strategic agility, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing business landscapes.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of operational and financial drivers.
- Experience in process management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent influencing and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and with top management.
- Highly analytical, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decisions.
- Organizational agility and the ability to navigate complex business environments effectively.
