About the Role:

 

In this newly created role National Account Executive, you will be a key driver of success within our dynamic Woolworths customer team. A high-impact role, supporting efforts to improve our sales performance of both current and new lines, ensuring our portfolio remains top-of-mind for key stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide critical insights on market and performance trends, shaping data-driven sales forecasts that align with our growth objectives. Your ability to foster and strengthen stakeholder relationships will be instrumental in not only meeting but exceeding financial targets, positioning the business for long-term success.

What your days looks like:

 

  • Reporting and sharing on key activation performance, providing detailed insights to internal and external stakeholders through weekly updates, driving transparency and alignment.
  • Support Woolworths customer meetings by preparing impactful presentations, contributing to negotiation strategies, and actively engaging in discussions to strengthen business outcomes.
  • Key point of contact for our head office field support, regular sharing of Woolworths sales insights to enable the field team to sell more effectively at store or group manager level.
  • Analyse market trends and performance data, delivering strategic insights that shape sales forecasts and drive informed decision-making during forecast reviews.
  • Leverage Quantium data to generate actionable insights, empowering the team with data-driven strategies that influence critical business decisions and enhance performance.

 

The Ingredients for Success:

 

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer literacy is essential for success in this role.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Experience with data platforms such as Quantium Checkout, Synergy, IRI, or Nielsen is advantageous.
  • A mindset that will challenge the team, with aspirations to elevate our ways of working and how we continue to deliver improved outcomes as a team
