About the Role:

 

We’re seeking a data-driven National Promo Manager to join our Meals & Beverage team. Reporting to the National Account Manager, you’ll lead the planning, management, and optimisation of trade investments to drive sales, market share, and ROI. Working closely with sales, marketing, category, finance, and supply chain teams, you’ll use tools like Telus and Blue Yonder to deliver best-in-class promotional planning, evaluation, and tactical optimisation. What your days looks like:

 

  • Plan, build, and manage promotional activity in Telus across key retailers, ensuring alignment with business strategy and resolving clashes.
  • Analyse promotional ROI, conduct scenario planning, and provide real-time optimisation recommendations internally and externally.
  • Maintain accurate promotional data in Blue Yonder to support demand planning, supply readiness, and inventory optimisation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to review forecast accuracy and improve demand inputs based on promo performance insights.
  • Manage trade spend tracking, claims validation, and financial reporting in line with governance and monthly planning cycles.

 

The Ingredients for Success:

 

  • 3+ years’ FMCG experience in trade promotions, sales ops, or revenue management
  • Proficient in Telus TPO, Blue Yonder (JDA), and advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data- and process-driven approach
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with a high sense of ownership
  • Exposure to tools like Power BI, Circana, Synergy & Quantium is a plus
