About the role: 

We’re looking for someone to join our team on a contract basis until March 2027 to cover parental leave. As P&C Operations Lead you will manage the People & Culture Operations team of 3 across Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you’ll ensure that P&C processes and procedures run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.  

     

 

What Your Days Look Like: 

  • Lead a team of 3 to deliver outstanding customer service.  
  • Maintain and optimise P&C processes and workflows related to areas such as onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, compensation, training and development and offboarding.  

  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of P&C information systems (SAP SuccessFactors) ensuring data accuracy, security and accessibility.  

  • Maintain P&C policy register ensuring policies, systems and procedures remain aligned with legal requirements and best practices.  

  • Review, interpret, administer, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and Arnott’s Group procedures.  

  • Manage the delivery of operational compensation and benefits work, including analytics.  

  • Collaborate across the P&C ANZ team to ensure the delivery of a leading employee experience. 

  • Maintain key service levels and key performance indicators and metrics to ensure P&C operational effectiveness and efficiency. Analyse team data and analytics to identify trends areas for improvement and opportunities for process enhancement.  

 

 

The Ingredients for success: 

 
 
  • People leadership experience.  

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, both EC and ECP is essential. 

  • Resilience, agility, collaboration, priority setting and change orientation.  

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.  

  • Relevant degree and/or background in HR management and up to date with current trends and legislation.
